The Trask  Dyna & Softail Turbo System Designed For 2005 & Later EFI Dyna / 2001 & Later Softail.

When it comes to Reliability and Performance look no further. With its smooth, predictable, streetable power this turbo system is a much needed add on for any Harley rider.

Whether it be cruising up and down the Boulevard, coast to coast trips or canyon runs, this will put another level of fun to your ride.

This system is designed as a direct bolt performance add-on for the stock Harley Davidson engine.

This system makes peak HP and TQ right where you need it, between 3,000 and 4,000 RPM’s. This system is a 100% complete bolt on and runs on premium pump gas.

The system includes: Stainless steel head pipe w/heat shields, tail pipe with billet tip and heat shield, modified Garrett GT Series turbo w/8lb actuator, patent pending billet plenum w/ snap in velocity stack for in interrupted air flow, billet breathers, Trask intercooler w/billet top cap, billet boost gauge kit, a complete hardware kit (which includes a performance Barrnett clutch spring, high flow injectors and NGK spark plugs), step by step instruction packet.

Trask Turbo kits are all business up front, that provides broad,
smooth, reliable, efficient, horsepower, ranging anywhere from
120HP to 300HP.
(depends on engine size, fuel quality, and standard or hi-output kit)

  • Standard Kit GT22 Turbo up to 200HP
  • Hi-Output Kit GT28 Turbo up to 300HP

This system requires the use of a tuning module (not supplied).

Add A ThunderMax EFI System

We highly recommend that you add the ThunderMax EFI system in combination with any Trask Turbo System so that you can have the ability to control both fuel delivery and timing under Boost.
An ability the OEM EFI system is unable to perform.

You must upgrade your Dyna/Softail Turbo system to a Hi-Output System for all engines 113CID or larger.)

Adding this option upgrades your Dyna/Softail turbo system to an Hi-Output system which gives you a larger GT28 Garrett Turbo.
Power potential is increased up to 300HP depending on CID.
(Required for all engines 113CID or larger.)

Add a 2 Bar Map Sensor (Required if selecting a Thundermax EFI system.)

The 2 bar measures boost pressure, signals the ECM to add fuel and retard timing.
Required if selecting a Thundermax EFI system.
