Trask 68mm Assault Charge Air Cleaner - Gen 2 M8

This Assault Charge Air Cleaner is built for 24 to 25 M8 FL models and the 25 Softail equipped with the larger 68 mm throttle body. With increased airflow demands, these setups benefit even more from a high-capacity intake, and this system provides the breathing room these engines need.

The magnetic velocity stack, large-format filter, and billet aluminum backing plate with concealed integrated breather system form a direct replacement for the stock air cleaner and support the airflow needs of high-output M8 configurations. Testing has shown gains of roughly 8 horsepower, along with improved throttle response and midrange pull.

For riders running the 68 mm throttle body, this is the Assault Charge configuration optimized for your engine’s flow potential.

Please note that the Assault Charge Air Cleaner recirculates head breather pressure back into the throttle body, similar to the stock Harley-Davidson air cleaner setup. For those wanting to vent head pressure externally, the Trask External Breather Kit is available for purchase.
