Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Carriers:

We may use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL

Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

Back Orders:

If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Refused Packages:

Trask Performance is not responsible for freight charges due to refused shipment from dealers. If a dealer refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any freight expenses incurred. Refused packages will be charged a restocking fee. Should a dealer have more than 2 refused packages their account will be immediately put on hold and may at Trask Performance’s discretion be closed.
