Down Under Performance Head Pipe

The Trask Down Under Performance Head Pipe is designed for Harley-Davidson riders who demand performance, durability, and precise fitment. Built to outperform stock systems, this head pipe delivers improved flow, increased horsepower, and long-term reliability.

Constructed from stainless steel, it is TIG welded and purged to ensure smooth airflow and maximum strength. Unlike stamped factory parts, the machined port flanges provide a tighter, more positive seal at the cylinder heads, reducing leaks and optimizing exhaust performance. Stainless steel construction also improves durability and dissipates heat more effectively than stock, helping maintain consistent performance under demanding conditions.

For additional performance gains, the catalytic converter has been removed, improving exhaust flow and unlocking noticeable horsepower improvements. The Down Under Head Pipe is designed to work with OEM heat shields (not included), maintaining a clean, factory-style appearance while delivering meaningful performance gains.
